Xbox Repair London
We repair Xbox Series X, Series S, Xbox One X, One S and the original Xbox One across London. The common failures are a damaged HDMI port, a console that powers on with no picture, overheating and shutdowns, and a disc drive that no longer reads. Diagnosis is free and your games, saves and Game Pass library are untouched by the repair.

What to expect with Xbox Repair
An Xbox showing nothing on the TV is the fault we are asked about most, and it splits into three quite different repairs — so the diagnosis is worth doing properly before anyone quotes. The cheapest possibility is not the console at all: a failing HDMI cable or a tired TV input accounts for a real share of these, and swapping both takes two minutes. Next is the physical HDMI port, which cracks its solder joints when the console is moved with the cable still in — the classic sign is a picture that comes and goes if you wiggle the lead. Third is the HDMI retimer chip on the mainboard, which produces a permanent no-signal that no amount of cable swapping changes. All three look identical on your television and none of them means you need a new console.
Heat is the other big category, and on the Series X and One X it usually has a mundane cause. These consoles pull a lot of air through a single path, and in a London living room that path fills with dust and pet hair within a couple of years — particularly where the console sits in a cabinet or on carpet. The result is a machine that plays for twenty minutes and shuts down, or one whose fan is audible over the game. A proper strip-down, clean and fresh thermal paste resolves most of these. Where the shutdown is instant and repeatable rather than heat-related, we look at the power supply instead, which is a different and usually straightforward part.
Board-level work — replacing an HDMI port or a retimer chip — is done at our workshop under a microscope rather than in your living room, and takes a few days. Cleaning, thermal work, power supply replacement and disc drive faults can often be handled on-site in a single visit across Greater London. Whichever it is, your installed games, saves and Game Pass library live on the internal drive and are completely unaffected by any of this. Diagnosis is free, the price is agreed before we start, every repair carries our 90-day warranty, and if we cannot fix it you pay nothing.
